Our leaders, both civilian and military are apparently very reluctant to follow your major suggestion. The restraint in regard to the lesser problem of Hamas is an indication of this. Taking on the hard problem Hizbollah and Iran would mean we would have to rock the boat in a far bigger way, pay a much bigger price. You are of course right that now is probably the ‘best time’ for us to do this. But apparently it has to be more of an ‘ein breira’ situation for a decision to be made which will probably involve much upheaval and destruction to our side.
