Ayatollah Khamenei: "This cancerous tumour should be fought against"

Addressing scholars from around the world who were in Tehran for a conference on tackling the Takfiri ideology, Iran’s supreme spiritual leader describes at length the Zionist Entity as the root of all the Islamic world’s evil and fomenter of plots in the Middle East region.

Palestine was “an Islamic country that has been usurped and turned into a means of sabotaging the security of several countries in the region,” he rants, and “This cancerous tumour should be fought against”.

In the following Press TV video, which is no substitute for the above as far as the actual speech goes, Dr Riaz Karim of the recently formed Veritas Centre for Strategic Studies in London, appears to agree.
